A Renovation Project

LEE²DESIGN worked on the schematic design for a gut-renovation of a residential home in Medford, MA. To create a luxurious master suite with high cathedral ceilings and ample natural light, we proposed adding a fiber-cement addition and dormer to the back of the house. We also tailored the interior to meet the client’s unique personal tastes, proposing a custom wood vanity, scallop-shaped wall tiles, and hanging lights with built-in planters for the master bathroom. Finally, we reworked the kitchen to create a flexible open-plan design that allowed the client to host parties that could spill out into the backyard garden.
