An Interior Renovation Project

Townhouse 15L was a project taken on by LEE²DESIGN to strategically expand the amount of usable space in the client’s home. The design strategy involved designing additional rooms by filling in the top part of a central atrium that ran through all three stories of the townhouse prior to its renovation. This gave the client extra square-footage on the upper floors, while preserving the elevated ceilings in the lower-level living room. LEE²DESIGN also helped the client present the project to the neighborhood board to secure the approval for installing a new dormer and performed landscape design work on the backyard. The final result was a bright, spacious home complete with a patio and an expansive surrounding garden.
