Micro Apartment

A Compact Living Project

LEE²DESIGN completed a renovation of a ‘micro’ apartment in São Paulo, Brazil. The goal of the project was to maximize the space available to the client through creative spatial problem-solving, efficient interior design and an embrace of “Brazilian style” living, which meant making the most of the warm Brazilian climate by utilizing the balcony as additional living space. LEE²DESIGN designed the interior layout scheme and the custom millwork for the kitchen, living area and bedroom, and managed to achieve full functionality in the tiny 366 square foot apartment.
